The origin of his stage name Dj ‘Sose’ is Ishan which is a Nigerian tribe which means the ‘Bear Witness’. It is also an acronym of his motto for life: 'Smiles Over Sorrow Everyday ' which reflects his positive outlook on life and outgoing attitude. These attributes he believes have contributed to his ongoing ever-growing success within the industry.

Music is a central part of his existence. DJ Sose’s key aspiration is to share his form of escape with his audience; Lost into the music, taken away from the busy everyday life into relaxation.
